Enjoy this introduction to the sacred art of thankga drawing. The course will focus on creating the “Mother of the Conquerors,” Green Tara. You will receive hands-on instruction and learn the deeper symbolism of this sacred figure. Drawing this spiritual icon will bring you closer to visualizing her in your life. The workshop concludes with special teachings by modern thankga master, Andy Weber, making a rare U.S appearance at Mahasukha Center.

Artist and instructor Genevieve Nicholas studied drawing and painting under Siegfried Hahn in Paris. For nearly 10 years, she has studied the traditional Tibetan Buddhist art form of thankga making with Andy Weber.
